2000 Tonne 2S Press

The 2000T press from TALURIT is designed to press larger sizes of wire rope. For your peace of mind, a long life span and minimal maintenance is guaranteed thanks to the single-block construction.

New strength calculation techniques means the press body has been optimised to create a lighter model. Also, this large press has a powerful two-stage hydraulic pump, controlled via a twin electrical foot pedal. This permits the operator to have both hands free for handling wire rope assemblies.

The foot pedal also has a ‘hold’ position for making rope/eye adjustments and for quicker tool set-up. You can even pre-set the maximum press load which automatically returns the piston when the maximum load is reached. Additionally, you can adjust the start position of the press dies to save the operator time and energy.

The timer function triggers automatic shutdown when not in use and you can re-start simply by pressing the foot pedal. In compliance with CE-regulations and tested to the highest industry standards, the 2000T press is another state-of-the-art machine from TALURIT.
