SWR’s range of wire rope roller swaging machines from Wireteknik enables high quality wire rope roller swaging from 1.6mm through to 38mm diameter. Based upon a simple principal, the terminal itself drives the roller dies. The simple and robust design has minimal moveable parts making it reliable both in the field and standard production.

Roller swaging defied previous concepts of wire rope swaging practices. The new process ensures straight fittings, not curved as before. The machines perform equally well on both rope and rod, achieving the full breaking load.

The machines are available with all of the above options making it feasible to swage to the highest standard, whatever the circumstances.
