SWR’s Heavy Duty Hydraulic Crimping Tool is the ideal solution when you require the additional crimping force not available with the lighter duty wire rope crimping tools for your small diameter wire rope applications.

The additional power of this 12T hydraulic tool will achieve completely swaged ferrules to wire ropes from 3mm to 6mm diameter, which is quite simply not possible with the lighter duty tools. This ensures a superior breaking load from the finished terminations and the additional peace of mind that comes with it.

The tool is supplied with your choice of dies to suit 3mm – 6mm aluminium and copper ferrules. Whilst dies to hexagonally crimp stainless steel swage fittings are also available in both 3mm and 4mm.
