Wire Rope Roller Swaging SWR can swage stainless steel terminals to wire ropes from 2mm to 16mm in-house as well as larger diameters upon request. This high quality swaging process ensures straight end terminations that meet the wire rope breaking load every time. Wire Rope Fusing & Tapering To prevent fraying ends or for specific customer requirements, we fuse and taper wire ropes from 3mm to 16mm at our works. If you have larger diameter fusing and tapering requirements, please let us know, we have excellent relationships with Europe’s largest rigging facilities and can almost certainly service your requirement.

Wire rope Reeling & coiling SWR operate high speed reeling and coiling machines and can quickly provide large quantities of wire rope spooled in to lengths of your choice on either wooden, hardboard or plastic reels as well as in securely bound coils.

Automatic Wire Rope Cutting
If you have large quantity wire rope cut length requirements, our accurate, high speed cutting machine might provide the ideal solution. We can provide large quantities of wire rope accurately cut to length within days.

Destruction Testing of Wire Ropes
All of our wire rope and fittings are supplied from the highest quality wire rope manufacturers. However, we regularly proof load and destruction test production samples and wire rope assemblies.
