- determined the sequence, acceptance criteria, and interaction of key processes, ensuring the methods needed to control these processes are effective
- ensured that adequate resources and information are available to support our operations and the monitoring of these processes
- monitored, measured and analysed these processes
- implemented actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of the system.
This quality system can only be effective with the goodwill and active participation of all Company employees.
